  • Refund Type: Full refund issued to the original payment method (cash/card) or store credit (your choice).
  • Time Limit: None. 
Opened Products
  • Returned within 30 Days: Eligible for a 100% store credit.
  • Returned between 31 and 90 Days: Eligible for a 50% store credit.
  • Returned after 90 Days: Not eligible for a return or exchange. 
Shipping & Online Returns
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Original Shipping: Initial shipping costs from the purchase are non-refundable.
  • Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery.
